BUILDER'S LICENSE AND CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY INSURANCE

The most important factors when you hire a restoration contractor is to make sure they are licensed and insured. What sets HELP Restoration, LLC apart from general contractors and many other restoration companies in the industry are our certifications specializing us in the industry. We are trained and certified by IICRC, which is theIinstitute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration.

WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION (WRT)

WRT deals with the science of psychrometry, which is the balance of humidity, temperature and dehumidification. It is the science of drying a building out. This allows HELP Restoration, LLC to know the procedures to take for the least invasive method and also helps us to determine how much equipment to put into a building to dry it quickly; thereby, preventing mold and further damage, mitigating the loss.  Being specialized in these areas train us to handle a job quickly and efficiently. It controls the overall size of the claim from a dollars and cents standpoint. Agents can feel comfortable in referring HELP Restoration, LLC because they understand we are trained in this area and can help control the size of the loss. Our intensive certifications make us stand out from the other companies that claim restoration repair. APPLIED STRUCTURAL DRYING CERTIFICATE (ASD)

This is an advanced level of WRT which allows an understanding based on psychromotry to calculate dehumidification, air movement, temperature controls, the amount of electricity used by equipment and the balance of all variables in order to best dry out the building. ASD is basically a more intensive certification. Our team has taken applied structural drying classes at two different schools which allow us to educate ourselves on different viewpoints and methods to dry out a building.  HELP Restoration, LLC have certifications through IICRC.  

APPLIED MICROBIAL REMEDIATION TECHNICIAN

This is the study of building containments, air movement, setting negative air, setting up scrubbers, hepa-vacs, personal protective equipment and safety on the job as it relates to mold and mildew.  This is a separate area of water remediation that protects the insurance company, agent, homeowner and the contractor.  Our expertise and certification in applied microbial remediation protects the entire job as well as everyone's liability.

EPA CERTIFICATION

We are an EPA lead certified firm. As an example, if we are in a home that was built before 1972 and we needed to hole out windows which had previously been trimmed out with lead based paint, HELP Restoration,LLC uses this knowledge to build a proper containment.  We are responsible to protect the structure and the occupants of the building so that we do not expose them to lead poisoning.

EMPLOYEE PRODUCTION TRAINING 

This certification is the ethical piece of the business which has prepared us to know how a claim works, how to present the claim to the agent, and to be able to put ourselves into the agent's shoes in order to view it from their position  to control loss. Our job is not to escalate the claim but to mitigate the loss so that it is finished quickly, efficiently, and to control the overall size of the loss.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CERTIFICATION

This certification taught us how to put ourselves in the customer's shoes so that we may better understand the stress that they are under during a claim.  It allows HELP Restoration, LLC to be apathetic to our clients, giving them better service.  It's the ethical side of the claim.

SUBROGATION CERTIFICATE

The certificate of subrogation prepares us to put ourselves in the mindset of the insurance company.  Subrogation is identifying what type of loss it is, what caused the loss and who should be responsible for the payment in the end.
